This is quite definitely a university out to make money and little else.

Definitely a rip off. The rooms are very small, they dont give you enough heating, there is hardly ever any hot water, cleaning staff never clean, everything is broken, plus they try to charge you obscene amounts for stuff that was broken when you moven in, and for anything and everything else at the drop of a hat.
